How do I add a new building?
From your dashboard, click 'Add Building' and follow the setup wizard. You can add basic details now and fill in more later.
How do compliance reminders work?
Building IQ automatically sends reminders before compliance items are due. You can customise how far in advance you're notified in Settings.
Can I add multiple users to my account?
Yes! Go to Settings > Team to invite team members. They'll receive an email to join your organisation.
How do I export my data?
Go to Settings > Data Export. You can export your buildings, compliance records, and documents at any time.
